Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of guest service experience, front desk or hotel operations preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing guests; provide information on area events and attractions.
• Coordinating VIP arrivals, transportation requests, welcome letters, messages, and guest room amenities.
• Coordinating reservations, tours, and flower deliveries; assist bell persons with luggage storage.
• Handling special projects as assigned; performing other duties as assigned.
