We are seeking a Spa Receptionist, an exciting opportunity to be part of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville!
Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To):
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; complaint resolution and assistance with spa-related guest inquiries.
- Assist guests at the Spa Reception Desk with booking treatments, checking in and out of treatments, gift cards, and retail items. Assist guests to their Spa service appointments.
- Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors including assisting other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas when needed.
- Enforce Spa and Fitness rules and regulations for all adult and junior guests.
- Utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided in the Spa and Fitness areas.
- Accurately complete transactions, handle cash and cash banks.
- Set up, operate, and sanitize all Spa and Fitness areas properly.
- Ensure compliance with daily, opening/closing checklists by inspecting all Spa and Fitness areas for maintenance, stock, cleanliness, and equipment condition.
- Manage and stock retail offerings, including inventory processes and communication of product needs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- High School education or equivalent experience.
- CPR, First Aid certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
- Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas highly desirable, but not required.
- Flexible schedule, able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Outgoing personality and comfort with customers.
