Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist for our on-site spa at Flamingo in Las Vegas. You will handle front-desk duties, scheduling, phones, and checkout while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of reception or spa experience, strong communication, multitasking, and comfort with MS Office and POS systems. Join a collaborative team and help create extraordinary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years reception desk and/or spa experience.
• Must be multitask oriented.
• Must be detail oriented, friendly, outgoing and have excellent communication skills.
• Must work well in a close-knit, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reception and retail areas with a positive attitude.
• Assist with scheduling, answer phones, check-in/out appointments.
• Provide high level guest service and product knowledge.
• Handle basic cash and daily POS procedures accurately.
• Operate computer booking system and MS Office tools as needed.
• Support Manager with assigned tasks and teamwork.
