Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations for spa appointments and guest requests in a professional manner.
• Handle cash, credit cards, gift certificates, comps and room charges for services and retail products.
• Describe spa and salon offerings and benefits; convert inquiries into booked appointments; upsell services and products.
• Provide the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude with guests and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area; follow opening/closing procedures; assist in training new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
