Paycom - ATS is seeking a Spa/Pool and Locker Facility Supervisor to uphold Forbes 5-star standards and ensure seamless guest experiences. Lead spa and pool teams, train staff, monitor inventory, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a casino environment.

The candidate should have a HS diploma or GED, 2 years in spa customer service, strong communication, computer literacy, and the ability to obtain Riverside County health and ABC certifications within the timelines.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2 years spa customer and operations experience preferred.
• Good communications skills and must be computer literate.
• Must communicate in English.
• Must obtain Riverside County Health Department card within 1 week of employment.
• Must complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate within 60 days of employment.

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the spa.
• Maintain Forbes 5 star and Ace service standards by staff.
• Supervise spa, pool, and locker facility teams and operations.
• Assist management with opening/closing duties and daily tasks.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and refreshed.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for equipment and duties.
• Monitor guest and team schedules and address concerns.
