Colonial Williamsburg boasts a rich history, having hosted and entertained guests from around the world with an impressive collection of amenities including hotels, guest homes, food and beverage outlets, championship golf courses, and a spa and fitness center. The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to fill the position of Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant. In this position, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for every member/guest by ensuring the Spa, Retail area, and Female Locker Rooms are luxurious, comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing environments for our guests.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor by the start of shift in proper uniform.
• Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and neatly organized.
• Ensure all merchandise in the retail store is clean, neat, and organized; restock any goods in the shop that have been depleted.
• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications we are seeking:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment.
• Experience working in a Spa and retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
