The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to fill the position of Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant. In this position you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for every member/guest by ensuring the Spa, Retail area and Female Locker Rooms are luxurious, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.


Here is what you will be doing:



  • Provide a high level of customer service

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor by start of shift in proper uniform.

  • Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and neatly organized.

  • Ensure all merchandise in the retail store is clean, neat and organized; restock any goods in the shop that have been depleted.

  • Ensure a safe work environment.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications we are seeking:



  • A minimum of 1 year of Experience working in a customer service environment.

  • Experience of working in a Spa and retail environment a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
