Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years resort/hotel or spa experience preferred.
• Reception and point of sale experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask calmly and efficiently with follow up and courtesy.
• Knowledge of spa environment and Forbes-standard service is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent service quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Train and motivate the spa team; empower staff with feedback.
• Coordinate with Spa Director on operations, guest feedback, and staffing needs.
• Support revenue initiatives, service enhancements, and staff incentives.
• Manage scheduling in Dayforce and audit appointment books for accuracy.
• Oversee retail inventory and strive to maximize sales and loyalty.
