The Westin Jackson, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Spa Team Member to join our wellness-focused team in downtown Jackson, MS. You will deliver attentive guest services, assist with spa treatments, and support daily operations to ensure a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English, professional appearance and manner.
• Team player who can assist co-workers as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and observe safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to hotel standards and scheduling.
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage supplies for spa services.
• Perform skin treatments such as exfoliation, masks, waxing, and extractions.
• Promote and sell spa products when appropriate.
• Support front desk or locker room tasks as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required by management.
