Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them at the front desk, input and retrieve guest information, and explain room details and hotel amenities.
• Assist guests with check-out, process payments and handle various forms of payment, including currency exchanges.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, packages, promotions and local area.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage guest messages and relay information as needed.
