Job summary

SpaDerma Medical Spa is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee a Chicago location, drive sales, and optimize profitability. The role requires leading a team of aestheticians and staff, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and coordinating with senior leaders to meet targets.

The position offers a full-time schedule with opportunities to grow within a leading cosmetic spa brand that emphasizes empowerment, satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience overseeing at least 15 direct reports.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
• Aesthetics license a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Partner with Regional and VP leaders to drive operations and growth.
• Oversee daily operations, including software management and patient experience.
• Set and monitor team sales goals; manage budgeting and profitability.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff; ensure professional workplace and compliance.
