This entry-level, full-time call center position offers hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, learning services and operations while delivering an elevated guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, weekend and closing shifts, and a pathway to growth within our growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and solution‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism.
• Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow.
• Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings.
• Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers and locations.
• Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles.
• Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
• Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed.
