SpaDerma in Chicago is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee a designated location, drive sales, and optimize profitability. This full-time role requires a motivated, goal-oriented leader with a passion for customer experience and staff development.

The Practice Manager will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with senior leaders, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to high standards of patient care while advancing the spa’s growth targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience with at least 15 direct reports.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
• Aesthetics license is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Partner with Regional Manager, VP of Operations and VP of Sales, Clinical Director and Education Director.
• Oversee daily operations, including software management, spa maintenance, and patient satisfaction.
• Set, assign, and monitor team sales goals.
• Hire, train, and mentor new staff, fostering a supportive team environment.
• Drive budgeting and profit maximization efforts.
