Job summary

SpaDerma, a Chicago-area medical spa, is hiring for a Practice Support Administrator at our North Shore Wilmette location. This full-time role (36–40 hours weekly) includes weekend and some night shifts, focusing on patient greeting, checkout, scheduling, and product consultations within a fast-paced cosmetic esthetics environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, with healthcare or hospitality exposure.

• 1+ years of customer service and sales
• 1+ years of healthcare or hospitality experience
• 1+ years of medspa experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide 5-star customer service
• Use booking software to check out sales and schedule appointments
• Maintain scheduling and daily auditing reports
• Keep spa area clean and sanitized and manage inventory
• Assist in billing, promotions, and patient communications
