Job summary

Cooper Aerobics in Dallas, TX is seeking a licensed nail technician to join the Cooper Spa team. You will perform manicure and pedicure services, follow spa protocols, and help enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities include selling nail products, restocking retail items, and communicating daily operations to the lead nail technician. A Texas Cosmetology license and salon experience are required; CPR is a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Texas Cosmetology Commission.
• Salon environment experience with ability to educate clients on retail purchases.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa services reflecting Cooper Spa protocols.
• Assess nails and advise on treatments and at-home regimens.
• Provide manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments using Cooper Spa products.
• Sell nail products and upsell services.
• Be familiar with nail diseases and safety procedures, sterilize equipment.
• Maintain sterilization of tools and proper sanitation.
• Ensure safety during services.
