Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of professional manicure/pedicure experience.
• Must hold and maintain a current state cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Able to work in a dynamic shop environment and maintain professional tools.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and client care.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures and pedicures with precision for each client.
• Assess hand/foot health and suggest appropriate treatments.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards.
• Recommend and upsell retail products for at-home use.
• Welcome clients and maintain shop appearance and cleanliness.
• Stock and maintain stations per SOPs.
• Promote and upsell products and services.
• Attend to linens and prepare workstation before shifts.
