Job summary
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Associate for the front desk to drive memberships and spa services. The role offers commission-based earnings with an hourly base and opportunities to earn more through performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk duties and bookings using Zenoti.
- Promote memberships, gift cards, and spa services to drive revenue.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in ongoing trainings, scripts, and company resources.
- Perform light laundry and peer training as needed.
