Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring a Spa Sales Associate to help clients discover wellness solutions and improve their lives. You’ll play a key role in driving membership sales while delivering outstanding customer service in a clean, professional spa environment.

Compensation is $17–$25 per hour plus commissions and bonuses, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and employee discounts. Training available; evenings/weekends required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve membership sales goals
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our menu of services (Don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Build lasting relationships with clients
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Clearly communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients
• Maintain spa cleanliness and uphold our high standards
• Bring a positive, energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and complete administrative tasks
