Qualifications

• Experience in management or sales within a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, and overseeing deposits.
• Oversee inventory and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Set goals, analyze performance, and drive continuous growth.
• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Develop relationships with employees, members and guests and communicate expectations clearly.
