Job summary

Paws Up Montana is seeking a Spa and Wellness Manager to lead the spa and wellness programs for guests and staff at Paws Up Montana and the Green O. This role focuses on crafting a vision for wellness, optimizing services and retail, and upholding resort standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience in a luxury spa or resort, with hands-on knowledge of spa systems. Certification in spa/wellness is preferred, as is yoga or wellness credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years management or leadership experience, preferably in a luxury spa or resort environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of retail/spa systems.
• Spa Wellness and Management Certification preferred.
• Certification as Yoga Instructor or Wellness Provider preferable, but not required.
• Licensure or experience as a Massage Therapist preferable, but not required.
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand Spa and Wellness program to support initiatives and guest experience.
• Hire, train, and supervise Spa and Wellness team members; coach/counsel and manage performance.
• Develop a high-performing team through professional development and efficient workflows.
• Schedule and communicate with guests via phone, in person, and Resort App messages.
• Manage spa offerings, product definitions, and stay current with wellness trends.
• Oversee health, safety, and sanitation compliance for spa facilities.
