Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required.
• Management experience and/or experience in Hotel Spas is preferred.
• 1-2 years Spa Experience preferred.
• Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics licensure and/or experience is a bonus.

• Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff.
• Scheduling Desk Staff.
• Coaching of staff.
• Achieving service revenue goals.
• Achieving retail revenue goals.
• Event planning and direct client outreach.
