Job summary
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to quickly ramp up and run the location, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences and driving growth. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a membership-based environment, with strong leadership, planning, and tech skills (Zenoti a plus).

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management and sales experience
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Comfort with booking systems and tech tools
- Experience in membership-based sales is a plus
- Flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of spa services and products
- Ability to drive KPIs and membership growth
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and retaining massage therapists, estheticians, and sales associates
- Oversee daily spa operations with focus on membership and sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face with clients
- Promote wellness benefits to drive spa memberships and retail sales
- Handle payroll, scheduling, inventory and reporting
