Hand and Stone in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to quickly ramp up and operate the location. A minimum of 3–5 years in management/sales, preferably in a membership environment, and strong team leadership are desired.

The role focuses on recruiting staff, achieving membership and sales targets, delivering outstanding client service, and managing payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and sales.
• Proven record of sales success in a membership-based business.
• Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline.
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills.
• Experience with Zenoti is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines.
• Ability to understand KPIs and implement programs to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and retaining massage therapists, estheticians, and sales associates.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa with focus on achieving membership & sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service (face-to-face with clients ~75% of time).
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials to drive memberships and retail sales.
• Handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory and reporting.
