NEW SPA LOCATION OPENING IN APRIL 2025 (Estimated start date for this role is March 15th)

The Spa Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of a specific It's A Secret Med Spa's field operation, including but not limited to reaching sales goals through client education, inventory control, promotion of products, upscale customer service, and training/developing sales associates. The ideal candidate must ensure an upscale client-centric atmosphere while adhering to all policies, procedures, and compliance with state regulations.

A Day in the Life of a Spa Manager
  1. Deliver outstanding upscale customer service within the med spa and on the phone.
  2. Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to time punches, scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
  3. Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  4. Promote the brand, products, and services offered to clients.
  5. Upsell clients appropriate products based on services conducted.
  6. Attend all mandatory corporate meetings.
  7. Effectively communicate information from the corporate office to staff.
  8. Promote and sell It’s A Secret’s brand, products, and services to meet monthly goals.
  9. Monitor med spa performance to maximize sales.
  10. Balance coaching and mentoring with discipline.
  11. Lead associates professionally to foster a cooperative team environment.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Needed

  1. Spa experience is preferred but not required.
  2. 2-3 years or more of sales managerial experience within an upscale organization is required.
  3. College education is preferred.
  4. Proven ability to identify, retain, manage, and develop strong teams.
  5. Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate.
  6. Knowledge of all spa services and product lines.
  7. Ability to lead by example and perform duties that staff performs.
  8. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  9. Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple products.
  10. Proven ability to manage diverse groups of associates and clientele.
