Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years as a Medical Spa Manager, strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, payroll, increasing sales as well as customer retention, and ensuring that all services meet our high standards of quality.

Duties

• Lead and manage the spa team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote spa services and products effectively.
• Maintain an organized environment by overseeing inventory management, cash register operations, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Foster excellent communication with clients through phone etiquette and in-person interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the spa offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and inviting spa environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive reputation for the spa.

Requirements

• Proven experience in store management or similar roles within the wellness or beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Experience in recruiting and training staff members to build a cohesive team.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends related to spa services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial management principles is required.
• A passion for wellness, beauty treatments, and customer service excellence is essential for success in this role.
