Tanlines Wellness Toledo is seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to lead our team at 5200 Monroe Street in Toledo, OH. If you have a passion for wellness, skincare, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.

As Spa Manager, you will train and coach sales consultants, drive strategic sales plans, build lasting client relationships, and ensure smooth operations during posted hours.

What You'll Do

• Training, coaching, and developing our sales consultants to achieve their best.
• Holding the team accountable for performance and providing coaching or counseling as needed.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to business needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clientele.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends by attending virtual and in-person continued education courses.
• Ensuring the spa operates smoothly during posted business hours.
• Committing to a minimum of 35 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales position.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team to success.
