Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.

• Excellent time management and multitasking.
• Willingness to learn tanning, wellness, and skincare industries.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop sales consultants to achieve their best.
• Hold the team accountable for performance with coaching as needed.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clientele.
• Ensure smooth spa operations during posted hours.
• Commit to a minimum of 35 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
