Tanlines Wellness Toledo is seeking a Spa Consultant to provide a welcoming, high-quality experience for clients in our Toledo-area salons. You will greet clients, recommend tanning and skincare products, assess skin types and tanning times, and help ensure a spotless, inviting environment.

Responsibilities include processing payments, assisting with purchases, and using sound judgment to resolve issues and maintain scheduling commitments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle issues as they arise.

Looking for a fulfilling role where you can help clients feel their best? Tanlines Wellness Sun & Spa, serving the greater Toledo, OH area, is seeking dedicated Spa Consultants to join our team. With locations in Maumee, Oregon, Toledo, and Perrysburg, we’re passionate about providing top-notch service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients. We currently have immediate openings at our Toledo, Oregon, and Perrysburg spas. If you’re attentive, punctual, and hard-working, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Spa Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients warmly and offering assistance.
• Advising clients on the best products and services for their tanning and skincare needs.
• Engaging in dialogue to assess skin types and calculate appropriate tanning times.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming salon environment by sanitizing tanning equipment, rooms, and laundering towels.
• Processing payments and assisting clients with purchases.
• Using sound judgment to resolve client issues and maintain scheduling commitments.
