Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa Med Spa is seeking a hands-on Spa Manager to lead operations, guest experiences, and team performance in a new Houston location. This role rewards a positive, proactive leader who can manage high-volume bookings and ensure exceptional service.

You will hire, train, coach, and motivate staff, monitor safety and cleanliness, oversee opening-day setup, and drive growth through education and cross-selling. Salary range is $60,000 to $65,000 annually with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of spa, hotel, salon, or high-end hospitality management experience.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating operations.
• Familiarity with spa booking software and high-volume bookings.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and multiple shifts.
• New spa opening experience.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

• At least two years of professional experience in a spa, hotel, salon or high-end hospitality customer service role in management capacity, preferably with spa booking software with an emphasis on high volume booking.
• Working experience using Google Drive. Prior experience with Zenotia plus!
• New spa opening experience.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills to perform diverse operational duties

• Communicate Repair and Maintenance Issues to proper channels
