Nbutexas seeks a Spa Manager in Oak Brook, IL to lead a brand-new luxury spa and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise a ~20-person team, manage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and daily operations while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes culture, development, and collaboration with the Spa Director to achieve departmental goals and elevate the guest journey in a premium wellness destination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in a spa, hospitality, or wellness setting.
• Proven track record in employee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and day-to-day team management.
• Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all aspects of daily spa operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and standards.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 20 staff members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Conduct staff scheduling, handle employee callouts, and assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Serve as the primary guest-facing leader, addressing feedback and concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Support inventory management, facility care, compliance, and property presentation.
• Collaborate with the Spa Director on departmental goals and talent development.
