Position: Spa Manager

The Spa Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of a specific It’s A Secret Med Spa's field operation, including but not limited to reaching sales goals through client education, inventory control, promotion of products, upscale customer service, and training/developing sales associates. The ideal candidate must ensure an upscale, client-centric atmosphere while adhering to all policies, procedures, and compliance with state regulations.

A Day in the Life of a Spa Manager
  1. Deliver outstanding upscale customer service within the med spa and on the phone.
  2. Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to time punches, scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
  3. Work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.
  4. Promote the brand, products, and services offered.
  5. Upsell clients on appropriate products based on services conducted.
  6. Attend all mandatory corporate meetings.
  7. Communicate information from corporate office to staff efficiently.
  8. Promote and sell It’s A Secret's brand, products, and services to reach monthly goals.
  9. Monitor spa performance and ensure sales are maximized.
  10. Balance coaching and mentoring with discipline.
  11. Lead associates professionally to foster a cooperative team environment.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Needed
  1. Sales managerial experience of 2-3 years or more within an upscale organization required.
  2. Spa experience preferred but not required.
  3. College education preferred.
  4. Proven ability to identify, retain, manage, and develop strong teams.
  5. Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate.
  6. Knowledge of all spa services and product lines.
  7. Ability to lead by example and perform duties that staff performs.
  8. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  9. Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple products.
  10. Experience managing diverse groups of staff and clients.

$65,000 - Salary PLUS highly competitive, industry-leading uncapped bonus program.
