Job Overview

We are an established, well-respected, and rapidly growing full-service Spa seeking an Spa Manager. The ideal candidate is an exceptional business-sales manager with a passion for the spa industry and experience in spa management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading a staff of service professionals
2. Balancing coaching/mentoring with discipline
3. Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
4. Achieving financial results
5. Handling administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
6. Working flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
7. Maintaining strong organizational, planning, and computer skills
8. Understanding all spa services and product lines
9. Promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials
