Responsibilities

1. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests to maintain positive guest relations. Greet and communicate cordially, and efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel.
2. Ensure appropriate staffing levels for front office associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front desk agents, supervisors, guest service aides/bell staff, concierge staff, and PBX operators.
3. Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, including investigating situations and applying creative problem-solving to achieve positive outcomes.
4. Manage and operate the MICROS system accurately, including all daily transactions and less frequent operations.
