Job summary

Woodhouse Spa Minnesota is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our Arden Hills-based distribution team. You will receive, unbox, and organize products, pack inventory for delivery to three spa locations, and assist with shipping guest orders and courier coordination.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to learn new systems. Training is provided, and physical work including lifting is part of the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and follow directions.
• Comfortable learning new computer systems.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes in plans.
• Physical ability to lift 35 pounds or more, with or without accommodation.
• Eagerness to contribute and help teammates.
• Experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unbox, and organize incoming products and supplies.
• Pack and prepare inventory for delivery to three spas.
• Process and ship guest mail-out purchases.
• Coordinate couriers and keep inventory moving smoothly.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
• Assist with inventory tracking, data entry, and computer tasks.
• Occasionally help with deliveries to spas as needed.
• Work with the Regional Inventory Director to stay on track.

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic person to join our Minnesota team! This full-time position is based at our Regional Distribution Center in Arden Hills and helps keep our three Woodhouse Spa locations in Woodbury, Roseville, and Maple Grove stocked and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving, unboxing, and organizing incoming products and supplies.
