Job summary

Woodhouse Spa Minnesota is seeking a dependable, organized Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our Arden Hills team. Based at our Regional Distribution Center, you will manage receiving, packing, shipping, and couriers to keep all three spa locations stocked and running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should lift 35 pounds and be comfortable with data entry and new systems. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
• Super organized and detail-oriented
• Can lift 35 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unboxing, and organizing incoming products and supplies.
• Packing and preparing inventory for delivery to our three spas.
• Processing and shipping guest mail- out purchases.
• Coordinating couriers and keeping inventory moving!
• Keeping our warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Assisting with inventory tracking, data entry, and computer-based tasks.
• Occasionally helping with deliveries to our spas when needed.
• Working alongside our Regional Inventory Director to keep everything on track.

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic person to join our Minnesota team! This full-time position is based at our Regional Distribution Center in Arden Hills and helps keep our three Woodhouse Spa locations in Woodbury, Roseville, and Maple Grove stocked and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
