Job summary

Woodhouse Spa is hiring a dual Nail Technician + Guest Services professional in Minnesota, ideal for someone newer to the industry who wants to build a nail clientele while gaining experience in luxury spa hospitality.

Your schedule will split between performing nail services and assisting our Guest Services team, delivering an exceptional guest experience and promoting Woodhouse protocols to ensure a seamless spa day.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Minnesota nail technician license or be in the licensing process.

Responsibilities

The Role

Your schedule will be split between performing nail services and working with our Guest Services team.

As a Nail Technician, You Will

• Perform manicures and pedicures using Woodhouse protocols
• Create an exceptional guest experience and build repeat clientele
• Recommend appropriate home care, retail products and future services
• Maintain clean, beautiful and fully prepared treatment areas

As Part Of Guest Services, You Will

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience
• Support check in, check out, scheduling and rebooking
• Help guests select services, packages, gift cards and retail products
• Work alongside our spa professionals and management team to keep each day running smoothly

Who We’re Looking For

You have a current Minnesota nail technician license or are completing your licensing requirements. You are warm, dependable, professional and comfortable connecting with guests. This is an especially good opportunity for someone starting their career who wants consistent hours while building a nail clientele, along with experience in guest service, sales and spa operations.
