Job summary

The Woodhouse Spa Minnesota is seeking a dependable Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our Arden Hills, MN team. This full-time role supports three Woodhouse Spa locations—Woodbury, Roseville, and Maple Grove—by receiving, packing, and shipping inventory from our regional distribution center.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently, with solid computer skills and the ability to lift 35 pounds or more.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Solid computer skills and comfortable learning new systems.
• Can multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to plan changes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unboxing, and organizing incoming products and supplies.
• Packing and preparing inventory for delivery to our spas.
• Processing and shipping guest mail-out purchases.
• Coordinating couriers and keeping inventory moving.
• Keeping our warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Assisting with inventory tracking, data entry, and computer-based tasks.
• Occasionally helping with deliveries to our spas when needed.

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic person to join our Minnesota team! This full-time position is based at our Regional Distribution Center in Arden Hills and helps keep our three Woodhouse Spa locations in Woodbury, Roseville, and Maple Grove stocked and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving, unboxing, and organizing incoming products and supplies.
• Packing and preparing inventory for delivery to our three spas.

• Working alongside our Regional Inventory Director to keep everything on track.
