Job summary

Neill Corp is hiring a Spa Instructor at the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in Nashville, TN. You will guide students through beauty service training, coach them toward service and retail goals, and maintain a clean classroom environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of spa experience, strong presentation skills, and a passion for teaching. Instructors license is not required, and Aveda product knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in a spa setting (minimum).
• Instructors license not required; esthetics license may be required? clarified as not needed.
• Passionate about learning and teaching.
• Strong presentation & communications skills.
• Aveda product knowledge/experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
