Job summary

Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute- Charlotte seeks an Esthetics Educator or Educator Intern to inspire future beauty professionals. You will support students with motivation, coach them to hit service and retail goals using Aveda teaching methods, and address challenges while collaborating in instructor meetings.

The ideal candidate has a cosmetology or esthetics license and 2–5+ years of hands-on experience behind the chair, with a strong passion for teaching and flexibility for evenings and

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or Esthetics license required.
• Instructor's license not required.
• 2–5+ years behind the chair.
• Aveda knowledge preferred.
