Neill Corp's Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute- Charlotte is seeking an Esthetics Educator or Educator Intern to inspire future beauty professionals. In this role you will teach, mentor, and motivate students using Aveda methods.

The position requires Cosmetology or Esthetics license, 2–5+ years behind the chair, strong presentation and communication skills, and experience training. Evening and weekend availability is needed; 401K and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or Esthetics license required; instructor license not required.
• 2+ to 5+ years behind the chair.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience training and coaching.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
