Job summary

Neill Corp, in partnership with the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute - New Orleans, LA, invites applications for a Spa Instructor role in the greater New Orleans area. You will inspire beauty students through hands-on coaching and expert demonstrations.

As a Spa Instructor, you will guide learners using Aveda teaching methods, support service and retail goals, and participate in instructor meetings. Solid spa experience and a passion for teaching are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in a spa setting.
• Passionate about learning and teaching.
• Strong presentation & communications skills.
• Aveda product knowledge / experience is a plus!

• Provide on-going recognition, support, and motivation to students
• Coach students to meet service and retail goals utilizing Aveda teaching methods
