Job summary

Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute- Austin seeks an Esthetics Educator or Educator Intern to inspire future beauty professionals and guide them toward service and retail goals. You will coach students using Aveda teaching methods and address learning challenges to support student success.

The role requires a cosmetology or esthetics license, with instructor license not mandatory, and 2–5+ years behind the chair. Evening/weekend availability and strong presentations are essential.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or Esthetics license required.

• Strong presentation & communication skills.
• Experience in training and coaching.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
