Job summary

The Host Person at Bellagio, part-time under MGM Resorts International, greets guests and maintains a welcoming dining environment. You will assist servers, runners, and bus staff while ensuring smooth guest flow, accurate reservations, and consistent service throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience (2+ years) with OpenTable familiarity, and willingness to work weekends/holidays to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant setting (preferred).
• Experience as a Food Runner or Server is preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Assist staff by communicating guest needs to kitchen/management and relay guest feedback.
• Manage reservations, seating, and seating counts; maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Answer phones and keep accurate reservation records; ensure menus are current.
• Support other team members to ensure smooth operations and quality service.
