Four Seasons Nashville is seeking a Spa & Gym Attendant to create an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, guiding tours, and maintaining a pristine spa environment. You will ensure all facilities, locker rooms, and guest areas are well presented, stocked, and ready to deliver luxury service.

The role requires a warm, guest-focused approach, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and the flexibility to cover weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport linens and supplies, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business levels require.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, provide facility tours, assign lockers, and explain spa amenities, equipment, and services.
• Assist guests before and after treatments, offering refreshments and ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.
• Continuously monitor and maintain locker rooms and spa public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Collect, transport, and replenish linens throughout the spa, coordinating with the laundry department as needed.
• Restock guest amenities, towels, and supplies in locker rooms, relaxation areas, fitness facilities, and refreshment stations.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists to ensure all spa areas are clean, properly maintained, and fully stocked.
• Monitor spa facilities and promptly address cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the day.
• Support Spa Therapists by refreshing treatment rooms during busy periods and high guest volume.
• Adhere to Four Seasons policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors to support a collaborative team environment.
