Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville seeks a Spa & Wellness Director to lead our luxury spa and wellness facilities, delivering exceptional guest experiences while inspiring a high-performing team.

You will manage operations, drive revenue growth, maintain facilities to the highest standards, and collaborate with Marketing and guest initiatives to keep Four Seasons at the forefront of wellness in Music City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, wellness programming, retail management, and luxury guest service standards.
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and driving business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily spa and wellness operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
• Lead, develop, coach, and inspire a diverse team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized wellness experiences that exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain spa facilities, treatment rooms, and amenities to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, retail performance, and membership programs.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, inventory controls, and financial performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations teams to promote spa services, wellness offerings, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative treatments, wellness concepts, and guest experiences.

About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Spa & Wellness Director to lead the strategic and operational success of our luxury spa and wellness facilities. This key leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, inspiring a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the spa remains a premier wellness destination within the Nashville market.

What You Will Do

• Manage annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, inventory controls, and financial performance reporting.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the spa and wellness program during VIP visits, media engagements, and special events.
