Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
• Previous spa or health club experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and guiding them to their lockers.
• Anticipate guest needs and efficiently handle requests.
• Issue locker keys and towels and monitor returns.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization of locker rooms and the front desk.
• Maintain an adequate supply of towels, robes and guest-wear.
• Keep issue desk clean, uncluttered and organized.
• Assist with removing used linen and restocking linen.
