Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking Spa Associates to greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and promote membership services. You will help create a welcoming, 5-star experience for every client.

This role emphasizes membership sales, service knowledge, and exceptional customer care, with opportunities for training, development, and advancement. Shifts run 3pm to 9:30pm, with benefits including paid time off and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Work 3pm to 9:30pm shifts
• Discounted/free services and PTO available if you work qualifying hours/schedules.
