Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking a Spa Coordinator to greet guests, register arrivals, and schedule services using the spa system. You will manage guest charges, assist with payments, and help maintain a welcoming environment. The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented team player with strong English communication and customer service focus.

The position supports daily operations, opening/closing routines, and participation in staff trainings to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Experience in guest service or front desk is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication in English required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests upon arrival at the Spa.
• Schedules spa services on a computerized system.
• Posts guest charges and assists with settling accounts.
• Opens and closes the spa according to SOPs.
• Maintains a clean, stocked, and organized work area.
• Attends training and staff meetings.
