The Spa Coordinator will ensure clean treatment rooms, greet guests, assist with locker checks, and help maintain lounge areas and spa spaces. A positive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift 31–40 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and spaces: clean, stock, replace linen.
• Greet guests and members; provide information and directions.
• Instruct guests on where to change for treatments.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in shower areas, vanities and Aquavana spaces.
• Keep guest lounge and deck areas neat and sanitary.
• Maintain Spa Garden spaces for neat, safe conditions.
• Assist with cleanliness of Canyon Ranch Cafe Outlet as needed.
• Check guests in/out of lockers.
• Assist with product inventory as directed.
• Conduct tours of spa and facilities.
