Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, promote services, and maintain guest records, ensuring a superior guest experience in a fast-paced spa environment. No prior experience required beyond high school, but hospitality oriented candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and professional presentation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with basic math and cash handling.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the spa reception and manage check-in procedures.
• Answer inquiries and schedule appointments, in person or by phone.
• Process payments and post charges accurately at checkout.
• Communicate services and promotions clearly to guests.
• Maintain guest relations and resolve issues with tact and courtesy.
• Coordinate with leadership on incidents involving guests or staff.
